The Taunton Daily Gazette reports that 49-year-old Nathaniel Simmons Jr. is facing charges including kidnapping, aggravated rape and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Simmons was arrested Feb. 10 after police received several calls reporting a struggle between a man and a woman in the parking lot of a Raynham store
