At least 30 people were killed when bombers struck a wedding ceremony late Wednesday in a village in central northern Iraq.
Iraqi forces capture government buildings in west Mosul from Daesh just hours after local military announces it had taken control as Daesh loses Mosul prison during the fighting.
Local medical and security sources said attackers wearing explosive belts blew themselves up in al Hajaj village, close to Tikrit and about 170 kilometers north of Baghdad.
The complex, housing several government buildings including the provincial council headquarters, is located in Dawasah neighborhood, where fighting has been ongoing for two days.
